High Meadows is a self contained ground floor flat within easy reach of St Albans town centre and railway station (direct line to central london). We have level access from the street with ample parking. The flat comprises a large Edwardian living room with double bed settee, double bedroom, kitchen, shower room and use of mature garden.
Children are welcome and cots & high chair etc are available. The property is fully equiped with all kitchen equipment, linen, TV, DVD, VHS, Freeview and CD system. The flat is designed to be as free of allergies as possible and is for non smokers.
A introductory grocery pack awaits all guests. We offer laundry facilities and a Wireless internet connection is available included in the price.

Lovely and comfortable and we enjoyed meeting up with our friends and seeing all of our favourite places again. We will definitely return to your home from home when we visit St Albans next year.

Prices start at:
- 70 GPB per night (minimum 3 nights).
- 450 GPB per week.
The flat is available all year round although we do get booked up for june, july, august & december very early.

As a woman here on business it was ideal as I felt relaxed and able to ask questions which were a great help in understanding the travel arrangements and the best places for eating out. The market on Saturday and the Clock Tower were interesting for me.

Terms
- The house is let for periods of 3 nights or more, and the price is calculated on a per night basis.
- Prices are fully inclusive of all rates, electricity, linen, cleaning, heating etc.
- The house keys may be collected upon arrival from 3pm onwards and the house must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
- The maximum occupancy is four adults per night.
- Full terms and conditions will be sent with confirmation of booking, but can be provided on request.
We travelled with 2 children a long way for a family wedding. Our children were well amused and happy which made our lives a lot easier. Thank you for the toys and books etc. but also the use of the garden to relax in and enjoy. We soon felt refreshed and ready to party and celebrate with all of our family.
